In new constructions and where few products require controls, Wired Technology links the control device to the motor using electrical wires that are embedded into the wall.

 

  •  When choosing Wired control units, electrical feeds must be well-thought-out prior to construction and future renovations need to be foreseen. 
  • Manual controls must be located near windows and in strategic areas, as we know that otherwise, shading devices and roller shutters are used less often.

 

It is possible to upgrade a wired system to radio technology and gain the comfort of a remote control:  simply by replacing the wired controls with the Centralis uno RTS that carries a built-in radio receiver.
